More Summer Fun!

This is "Johnny Tractor." Grandpa Huff bought it from the D.I. for $5 and fixed it up. Calvin rode it every day. He loves Johnny Tractor!

Simon loved Johnny Tractor also. The problem was that Calvin didnt like to take Simon with him. He kept saying to me "Simon is done!" or "Simon doesn't want to ride!" They were pretty cute together.

We had our annual Huff family retreat at Pineview after the Fourth of July. This is us tubing. (sorry the pictures are small... they are from my phone)

Good food at Pineview!

I dont know how many otter pops Calvin and Simon ate at G&G Baggaley's. This is them sharing one.

We went "fishing" at Smoot Park with the Huff cousins.

This is Grandpa Huff pulling Calvin on his bike. Calvin misses all of Grandpa Huff's contraptions.

We went to the drive in to see Toy Story 3 with Uncle Daniel.

We love and miss everyone. Thanks everyone for such a fun summer and putting up with us! We will always remember the summer we lived at Grandpa and Grandma Baggaley's and Grandpa and Grandma Huff's.
Calvin keeps playing with his toys and he make believes that they are Cora and Bella, Uncle Daniel, Keller, William and Julian. It makes me sad and miss everyone. Please come visit!

Summer Pictures

My mom and Simon at Wheeler FarmSimon loved this watermelon.

We went to a water park in Highland with my brother Trent and his family.

Brandon and Calvin playing in the water

Our hike by Snowbasin. This was in June and there is still snow on the mountains.

This was our hike up Shoreline trail. We hiked half way through and then decided to hike all the way to our house. We ended up hitching a ride. We did about 3 miles and Calvin walked most of it.

My roommates from college came to lunch. We tried to get a picture with all our kids together but it didnt turn out quite how we wanted... as you can tell.

Calvin's haircut at Granpa and Grandma Baggaley's

Simon's first haircut

We loved the water park so much we ended up taking our Huff cousins to it. This is Josh, Calvin and Joe

I know these are a bunch of random pictures but I had to catch up on my blog. They aren't in any certain order. I probably will post more random pictures so be ready. We love you all and miss you. I will post about Oregon too... dont you worry:)

Last Sunday at Our House

We tried to take pictures of the boys because this was the last Sunday in our house. None of the pictures turned out that great so I just posted them all. At least we tried.

Simon wont eat anything unless he feeds it to himself. It takes forever to feed him! Sorry it is so shaky. (do you like how I almost called him Calvin? I only have two kids and I cant even keep them straight)

Good Things to Come

This movie was posted on lds.org this week. It couldn't have come at a better time for our little family.
At the same time it made me realize how much we DO HAVE as we leave for Oregon.

Summer Days

My cute boys!

Thats one way to eat a cracker. Simon is now 9 months old. He went to the doctor for his check up and he is 3% in weight and 30% in height. As the doctor and I discussed his weight, the doctor looked over at him standing up, pulling Calvin down because Calvin stole his toy. The doctors exact words were "well, he doesnt look malnourished."
Like I said, Simon has been crawling for the past month. He was "scooting" two months before that. Right now he can stand by himself for a couple of seconds. I am not too worried that he is malnourished either:) He has plenty of energy.

Christy and her family came over for swimming and a bbq. We had so much fun. This is Bella playing in the pool.

My boys love the water!

This is my cute nephew Max. He kept running to me and wanting me to squirt him with water.

Who Wants Him???

Those are some really nice stickers Calvin... Oh wait! Those are some really expensive stickers! So here is the vote. How far do you think I can send Calvin with $5 worth of stamps on him? I bet my sister in Arizona will take him. Anyone else want him?

Go Ducks!

For those who dont know, we are moving to Oregon. Bryce was accepted into the Conflict and Dispute Resolution Masters program at the University of Oregon in Eugene. It has been a long road to finding out this is what we are supposed to do. There are a lot of mixed emotions. But as it gets closer we are getting more excited. School starts August 20th. We will miss all our family and friends in Utah! But we will love visitors.

Treehouse Museum

We went to the Treehouse Museum this weekend. We took Everett with us. It was just ok until we got to the Lego room. I don't know who had more fun...Bryce or Calvin and Everett.
Simon even had fun too. I finally let him go. He was in heaven.
Everett and his train. He made the bridge himself!
Each boy had his own thing he was doing... Including Bryce
This was Bryce's masterpiece. He was pretty proud of himself. He kept building it so Calvin and Everett could knock it down.
The Hero Corner. There are a lot of movies. The boys loved destroying everything!

And We Are Back!

We are back. This is a picture update. I just went through the camera to see what I have missed. This is Bryce and Calvin making yummy apple pie last night. It was so good!
Sweet Grandma Huff reading to the boys. Grandpa Huff was making faces at Simon. We love the book she is reading it is "Lion in the Library"

Isn't he so cute when he is cooking? We decided to try and roast a pork. This is Bryce browning it. Thanks for the cute apron Laura!
Lately we have been going to Wheeler Farm. It is so much fun and it is FREE! Calvin rides his bike around... a whole other story. He is amazingly fast on it. This is Brandon, Calvin, Manhattan and Aunt Laura in the tree house. I used to play in it when I was little.
Calvin decided the other day he wanted Simon to sleep in his bed with him. We took pictures and then said no. It will be a great day when we can just through them in the room and they can put each other to bed.
Love this picture! Calvin wearing Bryce's running socks. I told him to smile and this is what he did. Great Smile Calvin!
I was doing the dishes one day and I turned around to notice the bottom part of the dishwasher was gone! Calvin took it in his room. He decided his toys needed a wash.
Simon loves crawling into the magazine basket. He tears all the papers up!

He is just so dang cute!
This is my favorite. Calvin and Simon playing in Calvin's room together. It is so nice they can both be entertained for a bit. Calvin has to dump all his toys out. He cant just pick one to play with. It drives me bonkers!

This is what we did for Family Home Evening. Calvin asked for it.
